2. Personal information we collect

We collect only the information we need to provide our shipping and logistics services, including:

• Identification and contact details (name, company, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses);
• Shipment information (cargo description, origin and destination, commercial and customs documents);
• Payment and billing information;
• Communications you send us (quote requests, emails, contact-form and WhatsApp messages);
• Technical and usage data collected automatically when you visit our website (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we collect it and your consent

We use personal information to prepare quotes, arrange and track shipments, handle customs and documentation, invoice and collect payment, respond to your inquiries, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and improve our services. By providing your information or using our website, you consent to these purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting our Privacy Officer.

4. Disclosure to third parties

To move your cargo, we may share necessary information with carriers (ocean, air, road and rail), destination agents, customs brokers and authorities, insurers and payment processors. We require these partners to protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Transfers outside Quebec and Canada

Because we ship internationally, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Quebec and Canada (including the United States and the destination country of your shipment). Before any such transfer, we assess whether the information will receive adequate protection, as required by Law 25. By using our services, you acknowledge these cross-border transfers.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law (for example, customs, tax and transportation-record obligations). When it is no longer needed, we securely destroy or anonymize it.

7. Safeguards

We use reasonable physical, organizational and technological measures to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and affected individuals as required by law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction, to withdraw your consent, and to request de-indexing or deletion in certain circumstances.
